The BodyTalk System is an integrative healthcare system that utilizes the body's innate ability to heal itself. This comprehensive system combines philosophies and concepts from many ancient and traditional practices as well as Western medicine's scientifically supported research fields. The system allows the practitioner to work with a client to determine where communication lines in the bodymind complex have been disrupted and to then re-synchronize and restore communication. Accessing the root of concerns and not just addressing a symptom, we can allow for shifts on a much deeper level that then resonate throughout our entire beings - body, mind, and spirit. A session is entirely non-invasive, fast and effective and leaves you feeling lighter, balanced and integrated.
Ann will go into more depth about the BodyTalk System as well as her perspective on integration as an access to total wellness. Her focus is working with a person holistically, integrating body, mind, emotion, environment and spirit and bringing awareness to areas that may not be fully integrated with the whole.
Ann George has a background as a professional actor, singer and dancer. After exploring and utilizing alternative and holistic wellness practices for many years, she discovered the BodyTalk System. Her study and practice of this system provides a new level of both balance and expansion. Ann's commitment is that people are inspired to participate powerfully in their health and wellness and have the opportunities to do so.
